Our storyStop in for food and drinks before the concert. Ticket holders can walk into District 142 directly from the lounge.

Live audio from the District 142 stage plays through the lounge, so stepping out never means missing the show.

Move between the venue and the lounge all night to grab a bite, order another drink or take a break between sets.

When the final encore is over, late-night food and drinks keep going. You never know who might wander in after stepping off stage.

When Julie Law, owner of District 142, asked bands on social media to send guitar picks for the new project, musicians and fans sent in their personal collections. Hundreds of those picks are now a permanent part of the lounge, set into a custom epoxy bar top.
Mike Adkins of Uncle Kracker donated a guitar featured in music videos and on album covers. Vin Dombroski of Sponge contributed his well-traveled leather tour jacket. A longtime friend donated autographed guitars from Paul McCartney, Pearl Jam, The Who and Led Zeppelin. Friends turned donated drum kits into a chandelier, and others gave stage lighting and their time.
“People just kept contacting us asking, ‘What else do you need?’”

Pieces with stories, donated by people who have lived, worked in and supported the music industry. Guitars, amps and road cases reflect life on and off the stage.
